This guy just called me about 20 minutes ago and said he was calling regarding information about a property on Old Greens Rd. He refused to tell me where he got my number and tried fishing for information. I don't trust him. Not sure what he's up to but , Be careful. I don't even...

The Gullo Group was very professional in helping us purchase our home. They did an excellent job in negotiating and meeting our needs in the home buying process.

Matthew made our first home purchase a much easier process than I had anticipated. He gave us so much valuable advice and guidance as new home-owners. He was also very patient with us when we weren't sure about what we wanted! Matthew is all around a wonderful person to work with...

What my first agent could not do in 3 months, Matthew Gullo did in 1 weekend. My heights home sold for more than asking price. His architect background really helped when it came to ideas on what would sell the house. I highly recommend the Gullo Group.

If you're new to Houston - you've heard Houstonians say, "Houston is an hour away from Houston!" when it comes to the daily traffic that we encounter. The saying “Houston is an hour away from Houston” has become a popular phrase among Houstonians. We know that Houston is the 4th largest city in the US with over 2 million people. It is also the 8th most expansive city by total area including consolidated city-counties. Meaning Houston is primarily in Harris County with small portions extending into Fort Bend or Montgomery Country like Sugar Land and The Woodlands. With major freeway construction projects currently going on at all times of the day, you will notice that there is even traffic at night. Most Houstonians have added up to 30 minutes to their driving routes just in case there are any delays. If you are planning to drive a bit further out like to Katy or The Woodlands, then you add an extra 45 minutes to an hour to your drive time. We also recommend avoiding rush hour traffic, which is in the morning between 6am-8:30am and in the afternoon between 3:30pm-6:30pm. With all of that being said, that’s how Houston is an hour away from Houston. I am curious, with the majority of your time spent in Houston traffic, what do you do with your time? #thegullogroup #htx #houston #realestate #realtor #houstonrealestate #houstonrealtor #movingtohouston #houstonian #houstontrafiic #sellinghouston #houstonhomes

Mid-year #reflection : #Summer is here and it’s an exciting time of the year with the kids home from school and the pool opening up. It is the middle of the year and I ask myself, are we on track with our goals? What’s important to you? Why are you trying so hard? How can you slow down and still hit your goals? I ask this because we were all put on this planet to become the best version of ourselves and it doesn’t mean you have to do more. It can mean, asking better questions and focusing hard on one thing at a time. What area in your life can you do ONE thing that will lead to you having a better life? #thegullogroup #betteryou #bestversionofyou #realestate #realtor #houston #houstonrealtor #houstonrealestate #motivation

We all know #Houston is the fourth largest city in the US and has been pegged as America’s next #culinary capital and it has its #diversity to thank. Houston is primarily known for its deep ties in the oil and energy industries but it has expanded with its booming real estate, medical, and tech opportunities. Houston also serves a major immigration hub due to its proximity to the Southern Border, Gulf of Mexico and its two international airports. As people move to Houston, mostly because of its affordable cost of living, aspiring chefs have taken the opportunity to make a name for themselves. You can find a diverse range of cuisines from #southerncomfort or high-concept, local pub-style fish and chips to traditional #Thai restaurants, and everything in between. There is something for everyone from brick and mortar restaurants, pop ups, or #foodtrucks Houston is about unique flavors, Putting a lot of different flavors together to create a special experience. In this one city, you’ll experience a world of flavors and influences from Central American, Mexican, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, Southern Comfort and many more! Hope you enjoyed this video and would love for you to share some of your favorite restaurants! #thegullogroup #htx #houston #texas #houstonfoodie #houstonrestaurants #foodie #realestate #realtor #houstonrealtor #realtorinhouston #restaurantsinhouston
