In this video I share a story of one of my past clients excitement when they “perfect” house shows up while being under contract on another house and considers terminating that one for the newest listing.
We had them on an automated search and a house pops up a couple of hours before the inspection is about to take place. The house is in the location they wanted, at a lower price point, and they want to see it.
Trust is an important factor in this business, so I do show the property and give full disclosure that it may not work out because of the updates that the house will need and the inspection process because they had a VA loan.
