Matthew was WONDERFUL! He was always available to help, answer questions, and meet up at new homes we wanted to look at(weekends/late nights included). Matthew is very knowledgeable on architecture, locations we were wanting to look at, and the process after putting down a contract. He is even pickier than I am when doing a walk through which is reassuring that we were not just a paycheck. We have had some issues with out builder about fixing a few things after closing, and Matthew has still been there every step of the way even though we have already signed all of our paperwork. He made this experience 10x better. I will definitely use Matthew again when we are ready for our next home!
