It was a pleasure working with Matthew and Rebecca. Our home sale could not have gone smoother, and they really took the stress out of the entire process. From our initial consultation with Matthew, we never had to worry about communication. We especially appreciate that Matthew never “hounded” us with minute details. He let us know when important information needed to be discussed, and he was always transparent in his communications with our buyer. As first-time home sellers, we were initially a bit overwhelmed with the process, but Matthew soon eased our stress with his common sense approach and excellent communication skills. Likewise, Rebecca was very easy and efficient to work with via phone and email.
