Very much enjoyed working with Matthew and Rebekah on purchasing a home. I first began looking for an existing home. They both worked tirelessly to research and help me find properties, but none of the existing homes turned out to be the one. I ended up with new construction and Matthew’s background in architectural design and construction oversight was a major asset. This was my first experience with purchasing a new construction home and his in-depth knowledge put me much more at ease. Builder contracts and processes can be intimidating and Matthew and Rebekah helped me better understand it all and advised me on things to keep in mind. Having a great realtor is one thing, but to also have an architect guide and advise me was an enormous plus I was so very glad to have. Matthew and Rebekah were always quickly responsive to my questions and were very attentively in communication throughout. Highly recommend.
